W is for Waffle Cookies: Banana Chocolate Chip

I found the best thing since sliced bread. Seriously, this stuff is awesome. Waffle Cookies! That’s right, I made these beauties on the waffle iron. No need to heat up the house with the oven. They are extremely easy, and I’m so nice I’ll share with you how it’s done.
